Integration with the project team
Engagement by project, technical work package, expert opinion, or ongoing support, aligned with the contracting firm's scope, schedule, and standards.
Senior expertise in aquatic environmental studies, environmental numerical modeling, and emergency plans, working as an integrated part of consulting and engineering teams.
HP Gregorio takes responsibility for specific technical workstreams and works according to the contracting firm's scope, schedule, and standards, contributing to studies, reports, analyses, and technical review processes.
Engagement by project, technical work package, expert opinion, or ongoing support, aligned with the contracting firm's scope, schedule, and standards.
HP Gregorio participates from method definition through execution, results analysis, preparation of technical deliverables, and project reviews.
HP Gregorio protects the contracting firm's relationship with its end client, works discreetly, and does not compete for its account, position, or future scopes.
The engagement is sized to address the team's actual capability gap—without creating permanent overhead or expanding the scope beyond what is needed.
When a project requires a specific discipline that does not justify a permanent internal hire.
When the team needs to expand its capacity quickly without compromising technical consistency or predictability.
When methods, results, and uncertainties must be clear, traceable, and ready to withstand technical scrutiny.
When protecting the relationship with the end client is as important as adding technical depth.
Services may be engaged separately or combined according to project needs.
The portfolio is concentrated primarily in the sectors below.
Environmental studies, dispersion modeling, risk analysis, and emergency planning.
Permitting, monitoring, hydrodynamics, dredging, outfalls, risk, and emergency planning.
Water quality, discharges, reservoirs, sediments, and impact assessment.
Management plans, environmental characterization, cartography, monitoring, and scientific studies.
HP Gregorio is led by Helvio Prevelato Gregorio, an oceanographer with a PhD in Physical Oceanography, who participates directly in every deliverable and integrates with the contracting firm's teams. A network of specialized partners expands multidisciplinary capacity whenever the scope requires it.
Helvio completed his master's degree and PhD while working as a full-time member of environmental consulting teams.
Transition to independent environmental consulting and subsequent establishment of HP Gregorio, with technical responsibility for studies, modeling, monitoring, risk, and emergency planning.
Worked exclusively within the consulting firms' technical teams on aquatic environmental studies, monitoring, and numerical modeling.
